How To Place A Call:  You must Login by entering your confidential User name and Password given by The Express Group. The screen will then appear with your default information. The Order Placed By box contains your Login, Account Number and Company Name and cannot be modified. The Shipper fields contain your default pick up address.  You must enter the Shipper  Contact.   If you want to  change  the  Pick Up  location,  you can  access your quick ship points or enter a  new address and then click  "Pickup"  to  reverse the  shipper and  consignee  information.  The other text fields contain some default

information which can be modified as needed.  When all the information entered is correct, you must press the Submit button.


Having done so, the compulsory fields, addresses and special needs etc. will be verified for information. If mandatory fields are empty or incorrect, the program will ask you to complete them. If all is accurate, then the Price will appear and the Accept Conditions and Save button will become available.


When you agree with the screen's information, then click Accept Conditions and Save. Once you do, the call is then sent to dispatch where it waits in queue to be assigned a Call Tag No.  Which, once assigned will be sent back to your system at which time you will be able to generate a single sheet, 3-part waybill on screen.

The shipper and Consignee must always sign the Express POD copy with the Delivery Person stamping their Unit # in all the appropriate areas.  Please print an extra copy for your files for future reference.  Your call is also saved to your hard drive for retrieval purposes.

 

 

How to Trace a Call:  Click on the "Trace a call" button. Then simply enter a Call Tag Number or Waybill Number and the system will note either 'Not Found', 'New Call', 'Dispatched', 'On Board' or 'Delivered'.  If 'Delivered', basic information will be available, including the date, time and name of the person who received it.  If 'Not Found', please contact your local Customer Service Representative. Physical POD copies are also available upon request.
